  The size should be taken just above the ears, and the circumference of his head should be measured with a centimeter.

Measure your head circumference approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. Your ears should also fit inside the helmet!

If you're between two sizes, always choose the smaller one. The helmet should feel snug around your cheeks initially; the padding will eventually compress.

It generally takes about a month to get comfortable in a new helmet!

IMPORTANT: When you turn your head, the helmet must move with you without flapping on your face. This is a safety issue!
