The delivery times usually observed for an international order are between three (3) and five (5) days from the final validation of the order (subject to availability of products and the accuracy of the data communicated. In any event, these delivery times may not exceed thirty (30) days.
You have the possibility to follow the steps of routing your package by clicking on the link provided for this purpose, appearing on the confirmation email that you will have received. You will then be redirected to the website of the company DPD, EXAPAQ, FEDEX, COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST where you will be asked to enter your parcel number (appearing on the confirmation email).
Your package will be delivered to you at the delivery location you have specified. The COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST agents will make up to three visits to your home in order to deliver your order to you. If these three passages are unsuccessful, the distribution agents will leave you a calling card in order to collect your package in the nearest center. Without return from you within 15 days, your order will be automatically returned to the sender.

3. Conditions of withdrawal
