The size should be taken just above the ears, and measure the circumference of the head with a centimeter.

Measure your head circumference about 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. Your ears should also fit inside the helmet!

If you are between two sizes, always choose the smaller size. The helmet should always fit snugly against your cheeks at first; the pads will eventually settle.

It generally takes 1 month to feel comfortable in a new helmet!

IMPORTANT: When you turn your head, the helmet must follow the movement without floating on your face. This is a safety issue!!!
